Wine and gastronomy proposal<\/span><\/h2>\n

Our proposal focuses on a careful combination of seasonal courses together with a select offer of more than 500 wines by the bottle and 50 by the glass, highlighting the most relevant producers in Spain, without forgetting other countries such as France and Argentina. <\/p>\n

We offer honest cuisine, rich in content and intention, which follows a seasonal approach to fresh produce and traditional preparations, all reinterpreted in Vinology’s unique style.<\/p>\n

Our menu includes options both in the kitchen and at the bar, with plates carefully thought out to accompany and elevate our wine selection. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Las catas que organiza Pilar son siempre un acierto, pero con la del lunes a cuatro manos acompa\u00f1ada por Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Huertas se luci\u00f3. Fue una velada distendida, divertida, s\u00faper did\u00e1ctica y con dos mujeres que, aparte de saber de vinos m\u00e1s que (casi) nadie, son cercanas y amables como nadie.
