At Vinology, wine is the common thread that links stories around a glass, creating memorable moments. We are the place to taste and enjoy wine, offering more than 50 options by the glass and a wine list of 500 references.
Vinology aims to transmit the culture of wine as an intangible part of our history, generating a positive impact on how the world of artisan wine is perceived and bringing the consumer closer to the people, the territories and the philosophy behind each bottle.

Wine and gastronomy proposal
Our proposal focuses on a careful combination of seasonal courses together with a select offer of more than 500 wines by the bottle and 50 by the glass, highlighting the most relevant producers in Spain, without forgetting other countries such as France and Argentina.
We offer honest cuisine, rich in content and intention, which follows a seasonal approach to fresh produce and traditional preparations, all reinterpreted in Vinology’s unique style.
Our menu includes options both in the kitchen and at the bar, with plates carefully thought out to accompany and elevate our wine selection.

Las catas que organiza Pilar son siempre un acierto, pero con la del lunes a cuatro manos acompañada por María José Huertas se lució. Fue una velada distendida, divertida, súper didáctica y con dos mujeres que, aparte de saber de vinos más que (casi) nadie, son cercanas y amables como nadie.
Enhorabuena por el éxito porque Vinology/ Pilar se lo merecen.

Excelente experiencia. Fue más que una cata de vinos. Un viaje por España, conociendo su geografía sus suelos sus climas. Una historia muy bien contada.
